Sand Wood

Sand Wood is a modern development of 112 two, three and four bed houses in Portlaoise. The development will also consist of a 2 storey Neighbourhood Centre comprising a retail unit, creche and cycle storage. Improvements to the travel infrastructure will also be included by introducing a new shared pedestrian/cycle area on the southern side of the site and new public open space with a combination of hard and soft landscaping. Summerhill is located within walking distance from the centre of Portlaoise, less than an hour by car to Dublin and is next to the Portlaoise GAA Club.
