Kingston Road

Following on from their award winning scheme for the University of Arts (UAL) in Peckham, Hollybrook are now proposing to redevelop 144 Kingston Road in Wimbledon to provide a much needed hall of residence for UAL students at the Wimbledon College of Arts (10 minutes walking distance) which has recently been transformed into a dedicated performing arts college. Planning permission has been granted for 271 student rooms and it is anticipated that work will start in 2024 on a Stephen Marshall designed scheme that will at long last redevelop this derelict site.
