This two acre site which was formerly a college building was part of a larger portfolio acquired by Hollybrook from South East Essex College. Hollybrook worked closely with Southend Council to achieve planning permission for 158 one and two bedroom apartments, providing much needed housing within the local area.

The development occupies a prominent site within Southend Town Centre located adjacent to the Civic Centre and less than 10 minutes walk to Southend Victoria Station providing easy rail access to London. There are plenty of amenities in Southend, from shopping to a vibrant nightlife, and a feast of great places to eat, as well as Southend Pier, the longest pleasure pier in the world which has stood for over a century, extending 1.3 miles into the Thames Estuary.

Phase 1 of 56 units was developed for Estuary Housing Association to provide 40 Shared Ownership units and 16 Social Housing Units. Phase 2 comprises 102nr units (26nr 1 Bedroom and 76nr 2 bedroom) units with parking under a secure communal landscaped podium.
