Hollybrook acquired and obtained planning permission to convert this 1930’s Art Deco factory into 65 spacious live work apartments.
The former factory was originally built by the Roberts family to manufacture Trebor sweets. Trebor had long vacated the premises and it had been multi-tenanted by a variety of garment manufacturers in the intervening period.
The development sits in an exclusively residential area close to East Ham and Upton Park Underground Stations. The converted factory has 2 penthouse levels with huge terraces and spectacular views across East London towards Docklands and the O2 Arena.
