This site was acquired by Hollybrook from the receivers for TSB Bank. Hollybrook had to formulate a scheme to sit above the already constructed basement to suit the existing structural grid. Planning consent was obtained and a scheme of apartments and cottages overlooking a private Italianate courtyard was built.
